Our members share a collective sense of responsibility to help communities across Greater Bristol thrive by working collaboratively with grassroots organisations, with a particular focus on those supporting young people, older people, and communities that are marginalised or disadvantaged, to achieve the following objectives:
- Empower everyone to play a full part in creating a healthy, successful and inclusive society by maximising access and removing barriers.
- Broaden horizons for young people by expanding access to opportunities and enabling pathways into education and employment, including entrepreneurship.
- Deliver and promote excellent standards of compassionate care for older people and those facing disadvantage.
- Champion entrepreneurship and help strengthen the regional enterprise ecosystem, bringing together key voices to drive innovation, growth and impact.
- Act as a responsible steward of the charitable trusts, historic buildings and open spaces in our care, ensuring decisions are wise, transparent and sustainable for future generations.
