Andy is Founder and Chief Executive of PointZeroGroup, a Bristol-based collective of marketing and communications agencies that work with employers to define and articulate their unique workplace culture. The Group works with many leading global brands including Axa, PepsiCo, Toyota & Lego, and domestic brands including NatWest, NSPCC, Serco & Admiral. Prior to starting this business, Andy was part of the founding team of another marketing agency – ThirtyThree, that was successfully sold in 2015.
He is currently Chair of Bristol 24/7 CIC, a local publisher who are committed to promoting news and events across the City, alongside providing career pathways into content creation for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. He also works as Board Advisor to Making the Leap, the UK’s leading Social Mobility charity, and has been instrumental in introducing Social Mobility Day, a national movement that raises awareness of the importance of providing opportunities for young people from Lower Socio-Economic Backgrounds (LSEB).
Andy is married and currently lives in Chew Magna. He enjoys playing golf and padel, both badly, and is a keen supporter of Bristol Bears. He will watch rugby, cricket or any other sport at any given opportunity.
