This Notice is given for the purposes of s121(2) of the Charities Act 2011.

The Charity intends to dispose of COTE HOUSE, COTE HOUSE LANE, WESTBURY-ON-TRYM, BRISTOL BS9 3UW and will be reinvesting the sale proceeds for its charitable purposes.
